Students earn honors at Tech Olympics

The Tech Olympics is a great way to test students’ technical skills in a fun and friendly competition with their peers.  Actors, designers, directors, technicians, and theatre enthusiasts are invited to participate.  DeForest students competed in several individual and team events including Hang & Focus a Light, Wire a Connector, Knot Tying, Strike and Set up Props, Costume Change, Sound System Setup, Hang a Truss, and Cable Roll Relay.  They were judged based on time, safety, and correct performance.

High school PAC Director Brett Price organized and coached the team for this year’s competition.
