Pep rally recognizes student athlete accomplishments

DeForest Area High School held a pep rally on Thursday, March 20 to recognize student athletes and teams that competed at the state level during the winter season.  The event also served as a send off to the girls basketball team, who are on their way to Green Bay to compete in the WIAA Division 2 State Tournament.  Performing during the pep rally were the high school band, choir, poms, and cheerleaders.  Students in fall athletics and activities were recognized earlier in the school year with a “walk the hallway pep rally.”  (Photos by DAHS Yearbook Students)
