UW-Madison’s most talented singers, dancers and instrumentalists, the Wisconsin Singers, will take the stage at DeForest Area High School Performing Arts Center for one night only on Friday, February 10th at 7:30 pm. Featuring DeForest Graduate Erika Nelson and opening performances by DeForest Area Middle School Show Choir and DeFortes, DeForest Area High School Show Choir, this is a Broadway-caliber show that promises to entertain your whole family.
You won’t want to miss Wisconsin Singers newest show, In Living Color! With more than sixty “colorful” songs from timeless legends like Judy Garland and Elvis Presley to current pop icons such as Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, you’ll enjoy every minute of this high energy show. Broadway fans will love well-known numbers from Grease, Saturday Night Fever and Hamilton while kids of all ages will laugh out loud at the antics of Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd and Slimer from Ghostbusters. The celebrated Singers band rocks the house with an impressive medley of jazz classics and a tribute to the eighties. Badger fans will love the Singers’ rendition of the famous Fifth Quarter where audiences sing “Varsity” and dance to “Tequila.”
