Students complete 2018 STEAM Camp

For one week in July, 34 students challenged themselves at the annual STEAM Camp, hosted by DASD staff.  STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, AgriScience, and Math.  The camp, which was offered to students entering 8th and 9th grade, included many hands-on activities in STEAM areas such as agriscience, forensics, 3D printing, and robots.

The camp was held from 8-11:30 am, July 9-13, at the the high school. Several DASD staff lead activities that challenged students’ creativity and problem solving skills.
